Available First Home Owner  Schemes

Interest rates are at an all time low, at Myriad Finance we have rates starting from 2.19 % for Owner Occupied & 2.89% for Investment Loan

The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) is designed to help people with a deposit of as little as 5% buy their first house without paying Lender's Mortgage Insurance. This could potentially save buyers thousands of dollars on this loan set-up fee

Home Builder provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home

If you are buying or building a new home valued up to $750,000, you may be eligible for a First Home Owner Grant (FHOG). If you are eligible for the FHOG and the home you are buying is in regional Victoria, you will receive $20,000. If the home is not in regional Victoria, the grant is $10,000.
